The Pow Wow/Culture Committee is gearing up for the annual Curve Lake Pow Wow on September 15th & 16th, 2018 and are seeking the following:
Head Dancers (Adult Male & Female and Youth Male & Female)
applicants must be familiar with protocol and responsibilities.
Volunteers
By volunteering, you participate in helping our community meet the needs of providing an enjoyable and safe Pow Wow for the visitor and instilling pride in your culture.
According to the Volunteer Policy (Dec 19th, 2016), we will need from volunteers:
- Canadian Police Information Check (CPIC) with Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC)
- Read and sign the following documentation of Curve Lake First Nation policies and procedures such as: Human Resources Management Manual – Statement of Acknowledgement, Code of Conduct, Statement of Confidentiality and Information Form.
Catering Bids
This will be for 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner (dinner is for 500 people)
Bids must include
- recyclable plates and utensils
- breakfast buffet
- served dinner meal with 1 vegetarian option
- coffee, tea, refreshments
- Food Handlers Safety Certificate
Catering bids must be submitted by August 9th, 2018 at 4:00 pm to the attention of:
