The Health Centre is now accepting applications for the Christmas Hamper 2017. This program is open to any status Curve Lake First Nation members that reside on the territory.

Applications can be submitted at the reception at the Health Centre 

Christmas Hamper Application 2017 – hard copies available at the front reception at the Government Services Building.

Deadline to submit applications – Friday, December 1st, 2017 at 4:00 pm. Late applications will not be accepted.
