Saturday’s devastating storm has caused a great deal of damage to our neighbouring communities and our thoughts are with those that are struggling to recover. Though Curve Lake was luckily spared from the brunt of Saturday’s storm, we’ve implemented the following actions due to the resulting power outage:

1. The Curve Lake School and Early Learning Centre will be closed on Tuesday May 24^th
2. As we continue to watch for updates regarding hydro restoration, programming may need to be cancelled or rescheduled
3. The community centre will be open 8:30am – 4:30pm and 6:00pm – 9:00pm each day until the power is restored. Coffee and snacks, a BBQ, water, washrooms and outlets for charging items are available.
4. Staff will be available, though email and land lines remain down. Please call 705.761.9389 for assistance.
