Curve Lake First Nation has decided to implement a coloured flag system that will further safeguard individuals in the community from COVID-19. There are five colours that represent different categories. White = Everything is alright; Blue = We need water; Yellow = We need food; Red = We are sick; Green = We need help (Not health related). We strongly advise the appropriate colour to be placed in a visible area, such as the front window or door. Effective Thursday, March 26, 2020, CLFN staff will be monitoring the community during regular business hours and after hours from 4:30pm to 10:00pm and identify persons that are most vulnerable based on the protocol. This will possibly entail communicating directly with individuals from households. Those that have not placed a colour anywhere will be deemed to be in a healthy state.
If you think you have symptoms related to COVID-19 symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who has it, use this self-assessment tool to help determine if you need to seek further care: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment/#q0.
