Dear Community,

On April 23, 2020, Chief & Council passed a motion to implement a Vehicle Identification System to further safeguard the well-being of the community. This will take effect immediately. The system will utilize two colours as follows:

A – Residency (RED) – Vehicle is registered to a resident of Curve Lake

B – Occupational/Essential Service Providers (YELLOW) – Vehicle is registered to a Curve Lake employee, business and essential service provider situated in Curve Lake.

Residency is deemed to be those individuals residing in Curve Lake, which include permanent lessees. We are taking these precautions to mitigate the health risks posed to our Community and those most vulnerable.

I.D. cards will be distributed over the next couple of days. The orange tape that was initially affixed to vehicles will no longer be valid starting Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at 5:00pm.
