***REMINDER*** CANNABIS ENGAGEMENT SESSION

On October 17, 2018 cannabis became legal in Canada, and with legalization CLFN is faced with a number of opportunities and challenges that require community input.

In order to determine whether or not the community supports cannabis to be regulated and sold on the First Nation, education and engagement sessions will be held to gather community feedback.

Education and Engagement sessions will be held on the following date and times:

Date: Thursday, September 26, 2019

Location: Community Centre

Time:

9AM to Noon – CLFN Business Community

1PM to 4PM – Elders

6PM to 9PM – Open Community Session (everyone is welcome)

The sessions will begin with a 45 minute educational presentation followed by an approximately 2 hour discussion.Community members are also invited to provide feedback anonymously through the online survey, available at https://atlanticevaluationgroup.qfimr.com/CurveLakeSurvey or via telephone at 226-721-8378.

Upon completing the survey, your name will be entered into a draw for 1 of 5 $20 Tim Horton’s gift certificates.

The feedback provided at the sessions and through the survey will be rolled up into a report.
