REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING FEASIBILITY STUDY

Greetings First Nation Leadership,

In the spirit of advocating for healthy communities, the Chiefs of Ontario First Nation Women’s Caucus and First Nation Women Chief’s Caucus are releasing their Request for Proposals (RFP) for a feasibility study for the establishment of a human trafficking safe house in the Greater Toronto Area.

The Request for Proposals asks for a consultant to provide the step by step requirements for establishing a safe house, operations options and costing, and operations management. The completion of the feasibility study will address the actions required of Resolution #08/19 Support For Victims of Human Trafficking and will be supported by the Mississauga’s of Scugog Island First Nation’s $50,000 donation.

We request you to share the RFP with trusted consultants who have experience in the fields of cost analysis and operations of residential housing services. The RFP submissions are due September 30, 2019. We look forward to receiving submissions.
