Seniors Medical Transportation is now available for Curve Lake members (55 or older) to access medical services on reserve such as appointment at the Health Centre and attend the VON Adult Day Program.
GUIDELINES
- must be a senior (55 or older)
- must live in Curve Lake
- Medical appointment in Curve Lake
- Want to attend VON Adult Day Program (Tuesday and Thursday)
OTHER
- No cost to clients
- 24 hour noticed required
- will be based on availability of vehicle
- first come, first serve
